You can copy tools from existing toolbars onto your custom toolbars,
if desired. This means that you can create toolbars that present
all the tools required for a specific task on a single toolbar.
You can use these task specific toolbars to reduce clicks and keystrokes
associated with common jobs.
Follow these instructions to copy tools from one toolbar onto another:
1. Right-click in the Nuts & Bolts toolbar, then select Customize.
2. Select the Customize button.
3. From the Categories list, choose Draw.
4. From the bottom of the Draw list, choose the Make Block tool.
See figure 1.
5. Drag this tool onto the Nuts and Bolts toolbar you created in
the previous exercise. See figure 2.
6. From the Categories list, choose Modify.
7. Drag the Explode tool into the Nuts and Bolts toolbar. See figure
3.
8. Choose Close to Exit the Customize Toolbars dialog box.
9. Choose Close to Exit the Toolbars dialog box.
10. Try out your new commands.
It takes just seconds to create new toolbars by combining existing
tools. This is a great way to customize AutoCAD, even if you don't
feel comfortable creating your own command macros or icons
