eReview 3.0 by Web4engineers.com

The base program is text-based chat but eReview also will feature voice over IP, which can save some hefty phone charges, and will also have the video portion of conferencing.

In chat mode, eReview has traditional text chat features, such as typing for all the group to see, whispering from one member to another or directing comments or questions specifically to another participant.

Users can zoom in on documents either on the document itself or on a pop up window, which leaves the zoomed out version still accessible and visible.

Another nice feature is that, not only are meeting participants not required to install the different applications used to design the review documents or drawings (and eReview supports a whopping 150 applications including scanned and other raster images, vector formats, postscript, and PDF, printer outputs, WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, text, CAD 2D and 3D drawings and, eventually 3D modeling), paricipants also need not install eReview on their desktops.

Documents can be tiled onscreen -- in this case four different documents or you could tile different views of the same document.
For a larger view, click on the document.

eReview also doesn't force you to upload files to their server in order to share them. You can actually retrieve them from your own hard disk and display them for discussion. Documents are tiled onscreen and remain there as you open new documents, and according to the company you can have as many documents open at one time as you want, which makes it very easy to flip to different documents during the collaborations.

eReview's toolbar on the left of the screen exhibits which permissions the attendee has been given by the meeting leader. In the upper right is where the leader sets those permissions.

For record keeping, the entire meeting can be logged including the text chat, the document discussions and revisions and even who came into the meeting, who left, and at what times.

eReview may be licensed on a concurrent user basis or integrated into proprietary company intranet sites and out-of-the-box document management systems. For a virtual demonstration, try eReview now at www.eReviewonline.com or call (714) 974-2500.
